Hi, I am Sarah, a qualified career and personal development coach based in London.
From my own personal experience with coaching, I have realised that the highest sense of fulfilment and satisfaction for me comes from elevating others and supporting them in achieving their potential.
With the average person spending up to 90,000+ hours at work in their lifetime, it is so important to be happy at work. I am a coach for women; Helping them to change careers & taking them from something that doesn’t light them up to a new career path. A path that is fulfilling & makes them happy to wake up every day. Read more about the 'Change Career with Clarity and Courage Programme' here.
Over the last 10 years, I have gained a master’s degree in psychology and, after working on a recovery programme for military personnel, I decided to further my training and qualify as a personal development coach. I trained with ‘The Coaching Academy’ accredited by the globally recognised International Coach Federation (ICF).
My approach and experience enable me to provide the space and clarity for individuals to find personalised and constructive paths forward. To make changes and transform their lives.
I work with ambitious women who want to unlock their potential and own their future
I am a coach for people who want to help themselves break through the barriers that have kept them from reaching their potential. As a career coach, I help them find empowerment by nurturing their own confidence and self-belief. That way they can find what truly makes them happy at work.
A little more about me:
I have visited 40 countries including El Salvador, Guatemala, Nepal and Cuba. I play lacrosse for a local London team... Even if I can barely run the length of the pitch. I practice yoga and occasionally take myself on a run. I do this even though it pains me as it means I can eat more chocolate.
