I am an Evaluation and Research specialist with 10+ years of experience.

I have a master's degree in Psychology and years of experience working with various charities, including Prostate Cancer UK and Youth Access (a charity that supports young people). I have also worked for Leeds Beckett University on a military recovery programme funded by The Royal British Legion.

I have expertise in conducting comprehensive research and evaluations, building a Theory of Change, and Monitoring Evaluation and Learning frameworks. I employ both quantitative and qualitative analytical methods. My skill set includes proficiently conducting interviews, group facilitation, and thematic analysis.

Deciding the appropriate research methods to adopt to gain the best insights into the success of the organisation or programme.
